What is Hospice?
Hospice is available when medical care cannot offer a cure. Hospice provides end-of-life care, comfort, and support for the patient and their family.

How is Hospice Paid For?
The Medicare hospice benefit covers 100% of the hospice costs. The hospice benefit provides skilled nursing, certified nursing assistants, a social worker, medical equipment, supplies, and any medications related to the disease process.

Mending Hearts Grief Recovery Group
Healing a broken heart is the hardest thing a person can do. There is not a shortcut and no way to heal without grieving. A person's grief is very personal and everyone's journey is different. The Home Care Connection & Hospice staff includes grief counselors to to help you along the way.

Massage Therapy
The Home Care Connection & Hospice offers massage therapy for hospice patients and their primary care giver. A licensed massage therapist can be scheduled through our office to visit your home, at no cost to you. Massage therapy helps the patient relax, increases circulation, improves mobility, and decreases pain.
